    im debating on if this is worth the money or not.
    I also want something i can physically carry with me not just keep in the car. I am carrying a backpack a lot so i could put it in there as well

    what are your guys suggestions and links if possible! thanks!

    For a low cost option, you might want to try the new google maps 2.0. It has a new feature that triangulates your position based off info it gets from the cell tower. It can be downloaded OTA but I would read the google maps 2.0 thread first for some issues encountered getting it to start up on some 83xx's.

    i have it on my 8320 i got it last night, and i seem to not have any problems at all. but i im interested in full-blown GPS and im just trying to do my homework.

    I use the hollux-1200m on my 8300 and 8320, was around $50 and works pretty well here in nyc
