    8320 battery problems...please help!!!

    Whenever I am on a phone call or on media player my phone will cut off or restart, I have no idea what it is, but it is annoying me!!! Is there anything I cab do before I decide to buy a new battery?? I also am running 4.5 os and I have more than enough memory.

    did you upgrade to the new OS with the media card still in your BB...if so that's your culprit...if not what 3rd party apps do you have installed or themes...etc.

    I restarted my whole phone a deleted the 3rd party apps, but yet it still didn't work...I feel I have tried it all~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

    Some 8320 phones have WiFi issues with Linksys brand wireless access points that cause them to crash/reboot. Don't ask me why, they just do.

    As an experiment try turning off the WiFi function and see if the phone stops rebooting.

    ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~i had this problem too befor I switched to os 4.5.0.69 and it stopped. I was running a different 4.5 that was buggy.

    Ya I have heard it has to do with other 2.4 ghz(I think) that are the same frequenze or on the same router maybe like a cordless phone or a xbox 360.

    Turning wifi off still didn't work it may just be the battery~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
