    There's also a beta of 4.5.0.69 available for the 8320, but forum rules prohibit us from posting and soliciting links for beta software releases. You can google that release number, however and readily find a download.

    anyone? im at the part where it says (task in progress) connecting to device.its been doin this about 20 minutes so far. is this normal? lol hope someone can reply to this before ,either nothing happens or something does.

    Smile Same Problem - Resolved

    I also have a BB Curve from T-Mobile. I downloaded Desktop Manager 4.6 from T-Mobile and the phone OS 4.5 from T-Mobile, however DM would not recognize that I had downloaded/installed the new os on the computer, so I couldn't update the phone.

    I uninstalled DM 4.6 and downloaded and installed DM 4.5 from BlackBerry (not from T-Mobile), and then reinstall the phone OS 4.5. Everything worked great, DM recognized that I needed to update and the new OS was loaded onto the phone.

    I hope that helps others!
