    Go to Options>Advanced Options>TCP.

What does it show in there?

^^^ The TCP settings are carrier dependent. Sometimes they get removed with a device upgrade.

It seems to have settings for most carriers. It looks like you're on T-Mo so use those settings.
    As always, just my opinion...

I'd give your carrier a call and ask them. I'm not sure they'll have an answer, but it's worth a try.

    Are you T-Mo US?

Go here. You can plug in your country and carrier and it will give you the settings.

There are a few things to try.

    1. If you used the site pointed to above, you'd put "web.htgprs" for your APN in Options->Advanced Options->TCP. Leave username and password blank.

    2. Try re-sending service books and then check the above setting.

    3. Try pulling the battery, waiting a few seconds and putting it back in.

If those don't work, I'm sorry -- I'm starting to run out of ideas!
