Although not on a storm, I run a tape adapter from car (2003 VW GTi, pre aux in days) tape player to the BlackBerry headphone slot and enjoy. Sooo handy.

i had the same problem as mike1trim, it would recognize the device but it wouldnt read the music in it. I made a new folder outside the BB folder called Music and dumped all my music in it. it works fine now

I use a Motorola T 505. The best for the price I paid ($39.99). I have used other FM transmitters previously but I've found this one to be the best.... so far.
hmm let me try the music trick, my deck can browse folders and yes the mass storage is enabled and its set to yes rather then promt. so i dont see why it doesent work. it works with my htc touch pro, but storm is being evil
