Like u said earlier, you have pretty impressive battery life. As far as how long to charge, I charge mine right when I go to bed and pull it off when I wake up. The battery will typically last me all day. And like someone mentioned earlier, once your phone is fully charged the lighting bolt will go away and your phone will automatically stop charging.

im not sure how that wont suffice for you... the device has an auto sensor to stop charging your battery when it reaches 100% charge or if the battery temperature goes above 39 degrees Celsius...

if you dont want to leave it at that, i guess you can sit there and keep checking the status till it comes up to 100% and the bolt disappears and then disconnect it...

The lightning bolt or whatever, the blinking as I understand, stops and the indicator shows a frozen green light, which means the battery is fully charged.

exactly... unless your device heated up, in which case it'll stop charging and the bolt will disappear...

maybe i should type more CLEARLY..

what i meant was "guessing" that the phone is done charging isn't the answer i was looking for, i wanted to know if the bolt is supposed to disappear or not when it was done charging.. that's all.

obviously if the phone stops charging due to overheating, it may not be completely charged.. and i'm wanting to make sure i have a full charge.

but thanks for those of you who tried to answer my question..

the odds of your phone halting its charging process due to it reaching temps at or above 39ş C are SLIM.... So I would then tell you that basically when the bolt goes away, your phone's done charging =)

if the 1 time you leave it charging underneath a bed full of quilts and pillows in a room thats 89ş F with a fire in the fire place, the bolt is gone but your battery dies within a few hours - you'll now know what happened and how to prevent it from happening next time!!
