Storm MMS help on ATT

I just got my unlocked storm, I popped in my ATT sim card and was talking and texting just fine. I tried to send a pic and the option for (send as MMS) was not there. I don't have a BB data plan, I do have pay as you go internet. Can someone help me, I have searched and searched.

Try re sending your service books. Not sure how pay as you go internet works. Did you have a berry before the storm. Also if you did the browser fix you should have all of your books so if that's the case I'm not sure.
