Storm - BES User can send email but not receive it

The user can send BES mail, but does not receive it. I have resent the Service books, reregistered it on the network, pulled the battery, reactivated it, and nothing.

The default message view is wierd too. Looks like sent items only with the checkmarks....... I have checked all the settings, views, etc and nothing.

User is hesitant for me to Wipe and reactivate the device, hince this post...

    Try regenerating the encryption key.

Options > security > general settings > highlight services [desktop] > menu key left of missing trackball > select regenerate encryption key.

Regenerating the encryption key as j llama mentioned and re-registering the device on the network (options>advanced options>host routing table>menu key>register now) should do the trick.

Try deleteting all the Desktop service books, then resending them versus just resending over the top and see what happens.

I didn't think of that since you mentioned some of the emails worked. Normally if I can't get an End User through Enterprise Activation, one of the thingsI check is BES vs BIS.

    Glad you got it working.
