    yes it does reduce LAG, but what if you want that app? I am really trying to love this but i do not think i can deal. Unless a OS fix comes out within a week its going back

    From what i've gathered over a few different sites it is looking like mid December. Just delete the app or regular battery pulls till the OS fix comes out. It's a known issue, I'm sure they are working hard on it.

    If you don't use it, remove it. Unit works faster without it. GPS works fine with BBMaps. I hope they will be able to fix google maps.

    I hope you all know that there are other GPS out their that doesn't eat up your BB resources. I removed all the GPS that came with Bold and installed amAze and google maps. They are free, and don't have to pay monthly for them.

    When I get the storm I will do the same.

    You're on AT&T, your GPS works. You don't know what you're talking about as far as the Storm's GPS.
    You have two ears, two eyes, and one mouth;
    therefore, listen and observe twice as often as you speak.
