    So I'm talking to a verziopn rep to get my issue with my phantom email button resolved. Did my best to ignore the fact he got a bit testy with me then he says to me. " Oh you have the storm? I was gonna get it but I deiced to wait for the Storm2" To which I reply " Tell me more my good man. " Long story short he left me wanting more with no release date or viable information on upgrades fixes or anything else. Leaving me largely unfafilled and disapointed. I felt like an active high school girl. ( Sorry couldnt help it. ) Needles to say I still love my baby but now Im curious.

    Lol, HONESTLY reps ALWAYS start rumors lol.
    He was probably playing with you and had a laugh about it afterwards.

    There is OBVIOUSLY a Storm 2 coming out at some point sometime but thats like EVERYTHING lol.
    He can wait but then the Storm 3 will come out after the Storm 2 so hell pass on the Storm 2 and wait on the Storm 3 etc...

    I've always loved how we know more than the reps lol. Its amazing how much information they make up

    I'm sure we could fill up an entire forum just with the BS we're fed from the reps. Honestly, I would assume that being in the market they would take the initiative to learn more. I am continually proved wrong.

    Yeah you would think so! The sad part of us the truth, most call center reps get very little hands on use/experience unless something has changed since I have been to one. How sad is that, as they are they forefront on contact with so many customer issues!

    I completely agree with the title , but to address the subject at hand....it sounds like the rep may have been making something up. Forums like this tend to be far more informative than what you can learn from a CS rep whose just trying to get you off the line.

    He could be talking about the storm with GPS and wifi. Any reps I ever spoke to don't know as much about the up coming bb as I do thanks to Pinstack.
    So basically if u want to know about up coming phones then you have come to the right place.
