    my worthless opinion.
i think there are alot more people on here with 9530's than 9500's so i think most 9500 owners would be on the 9530 forum to get most of their info. also i(being a 9530 owner) might miss some good info on the 9500 forum when most topics apply to both phones. i think the phones are so similar that one forum is the best way to handle it.if there is a topic for a specific version of the storm we could put that in the title of the post.
like i said,worthless....but there it is.

But one phone is GSM and one CDMA, not sure about that.
Well the OS are different and if u take the curve foe example the 8320 has its on forum.
Maybe its just cause u are getting updates and poor GSM are not. Though your phones seem more buggy.

The reason why the 8320 and the 8300/10 have different forum's is because they are very different phones. One is regular, one has GPS and the other has WiFi...very different phones though they look very much the same. Now the only difference that I know of in regard to the 95XX is the carrier...I dont think they should have different forums, because like a previous post said, one might miss some good information. Despite the carrier difference they both can run the same games, they both have wifi, they are both essentially the same phone. That's just my opnion though.

    My storm doesn't have wifi!!!!!!
The OS for the 9530 is different cause its for a CDMA network while mine is GSM.
Maybe we don't need two forums but there different phones, not just the carriers.
Think I am right but not 100%

Who said it did? Yes, the OS's are different in the fact that we can't "share" them with eachother, but that's the only difference.

As far as the scratch...where is it? If it's on the screen try the "Apple Sauce Polish"...google search it....originally meant for Apple products (hence the name) but it works on everything.

I haven't removed it either. I had to force hubby to leave it on, and force him to get a case. HE finally saw the light when he dropped the phone between the seat and the center consol without a case! He was lucky it didn't get scratched!

I had BSE and a gell case on my 8310 and it kept it like new. Not sure about the gel on its own as grit can get into the case and mark the phone. Save me BSE please.
Eh seem to have wandered off topic a bit.

We will create a 9500 forum. So there will be 9500 and 9530 forums. If a questions is carrier specific or carrier heavy it can be posted in the Carrier forums.

Thanks all for this feedback. We will review once more and update once changes are made.

Agreed there should be a 9500 forum. For people outside the US who want a storm or already own a Storm like Vince1 this will help alot.
    Device history: 8100 > 8320 > 8900 & 9530. Keep crackin'

I've tried AppleSauce, it's OK, but really overpriced.

I've been using Novus for some time, it's easier and much better. You can buy a 2oz kit, which is plenty, and it works really well.

    Novus Polish
