    Need a weather app for the Storm

    free, and one that allowsan icon on the home screen - have tried weatherbug and it's now a subscription service - never really worked on my storm anyway...suggestions?

    thats because you have the "beta" release, but if you try to go onto weatherbug.com, its by subscription to send it to your phone

    Try weathereye. Is free, gives you a forecast icon, and the current temp as the app name. It updates every 30 mins, its great!

    I use the weatherbug one, it takes a good while for mine to find the location with the GPS but it works good. Most of the time I just add a location via Zip Code...

    When you set up weathereye, first select your language. You have to choose an active city, and make sure the forcast check box on the bottom has the check on it. When I first set mine up I completly forgot to search for and select my city first.

    Thanks, didnt see this was for the storm ,maybe wont work the same with a curve,thats what i have.but ill double check.
