    If your BIS account was on Verizon and you're on AT&T now, you're going to need to create a BIS account on AT&T...

    Ugh now I have to call Verizon and ask them to release my BB's PIN# so I can use it with AT&T

    My email on BB is name@vzw.blackberry.com so I need to call Verizon and ask them to release PIN# so I can get my att.blackberry.com email for my network... That's what AT&T blackberry tech support told me. Such a pain, but good experience

    Oh I'm pretty good they all were nice to me, not even one customer service person was a prick to me or anything like that. Although I have found out that they can't reset BB's PIN# over the phone since I don't have a Verizon Wireless account so I have to go to the store and tell them to release PIN# .

    Other thing that I wanted to ask (AT&T users that have blackberry storm): Do you guys get "There is insufficient network coverage to process your request. Please try again later." when you try to use BB browser or setup an email using your phone ? I get that and when I called AT&T they told me to update to theirs web settings so I can use, but I think I already have it from the AT&T guide that I found here.

    YAY I got it to work... I had to update my OS to .109, then I had to uninstall MSN and install it again... Now it works like a charm ! YAY! YAY! YAY! Thx for all the help

    Now I have a different problem with my MSN. When I type a message to someone and they respond to me, I don't get their respond at all, but they get my messages without a problem. Anyone had this problem before?

    How long before you get a response? Or have you never received a reply?

    Does the person on the opposite get an error message when replying to you?

    I never receive a respond from a person that I message, the person that I talk to doesn't get an error message at all.. . I guess I will have to play with my phone little and maybe I will be able to fix it.

    Try uninstalling, restart, reinstall... That may do it...

    There's a new version out now, it may make a diff...

    It's working now like a charm I had to take out my battery and let it sit for like 10 sec or some after that put it back and its working fine now
