    http://www.theiexplorers.com/bb/Shrink-A-OS.rar

    Shrink-A-OS.exe Instructions:
-Place Shrink-A-OS.exe in your installed Java folder
    -Run it.
    - Select what options you would like to remove. (All Asian/Chinese languages are automatically removed when you click Shrink My OS.)
    - click Shrink My OS
    - Update your berry with Loader/DM
    - Post memory results

    ShrinkIt.bat Instructions:
-Extract the above file to the Java folder that you want to shrink.
(I suggest using WinRar [available online] or any other file archive extractor that supports .rar.)
    - Go to that Java folder and run ShrinkIt.bat.
    - Type in the # of the options you would like to remove, seperated by a , (Do It All option recommended). Then hit Enter.
    - Once your done shrinking, you may use the Loader option and it will start the Update process, or you may type 0 [Hit enter] to exit. (Loader option will only work if ShrinkIt.bat is in your Java folder within your OS install folder.)
    - If you didn't update using the step above, run Loader.exe (My preferred) or Desktop Manager and udate your berry!
    - Post memory results if you can

When you run ShrinkIt.bat this is what you'll see:

    Swap-A-Radio V0.3
    http://www.theiexplorers.com/bb/Swap-A-Radio.rar

This is basically just to give easy access to different CDMA radio files, it will put it in the proper place, and you can launch loader from within it to update.
This is handy if you don't like the radio code that you're using, you can easily download and switch to whichever version listed.
    How to use:
Place Swap-A-Radio.exe in your current CDMA folder and run it.
Click which radio version you would like to swap to. It will download it and backup the old one.
click Launch Loader.exe and update with your new radio file.

    Changelog
    V0.3 - More radios!
    V0.2 - Added .90
    V0.1 - Inital release

The Shrink your OS looks cool? Is it just for 9500 series or all BB? I already use CrackMem + some manual cod file removal, but this looks cool.
