I just got an unlocked blackberry storm 9530 for att. I bought the blackberry data plan everything, but there is one problem: the person that had the phone did not delete their blackberry account. When I try to setup one for myself it is saying that the device already has an account setup. What can I do besides giving it up?
Can you get in touch with the seller? Maybe they can help you by deleting their info for you.

have you tried going to email settings? and delete it from there?
They will have to call in and get the customer service to release the pin.

I've tried all of the above suggestions except the one changing the email settings. This is my first bb so I am still trying to feel my way. Every other suggetion failed. The seller deleted his info, I called att, called vzw, but still not help. Still getting the same message that the device has an account already established on the bis. I am just about ready to give up because I don't know what else to do.
