Enterprise Active Gone Wrong
My Bberry Storm was slow in receiving my Corp. email. So the BES Support team suggested a fresh enterprise activation. When this was completed, I noticed 3 problems:
1) Can not delete any old emails prior to activation.
2) Every contact was duplicated, so I have 2 entries for each contact.
3) Every calendar entry was also duplicated.

Do a backup of your Blackberry so you can restore any third party apps, etc, then wipe your blackberry, and reactivate on the BES. That should solve your issues.
This should be something they can sort for you
