    Worked for me I looked for TONS of work arounds and even added items to be backed up 1 by 1 via advanced backup....

    Cleared log\ browser cache ... good to go!

    Ok, now I have finally backed up successfully, I think.
    Clearing out everything on my phone didn't do the trick. I went into advanced options and moved all the greyed-out database to the left side box as indicated.Then closed window, and backup went fine. I can't say I understand this process but it seemed to work for now. I just would really like to know how/why this error happened in the first place.
