    Very impressive!

The Storm sounds like the ideal BlackBerry for your needs. I find that very exciting, as that's what it's all about. Getting the proper BB for your needs. You have further enhanced my interest in this model. I do know one thing for certain based on my experience with the BB platform, they will incrementally improve this models OS in a way that may be more significant than any other BB model. There is a tremendous amount of potential with the Storm, and I for one, am driven by potential.

    Cheers...

Don't get me wrong the bold and curve are great phones, but in the world of media and entertainment the storm is better for me. FYI i once owned 2 curves.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

How's this. Quite a few people own a cell phone and a ipod/mp3 player. When you get your storm you can lighten your load. No need for a extra device. To me BB's(current ones) have beocome all-in-one devices. Even moreso with the 9530.via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Think of it as a cell with the entertainment value of a iphone, and the security, and usefulness of well a blackberry.~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

The curve is more practical for myself due to all the emails, but the storm is a mighty nice toy to have...

I'm only 1 year in on my contract (as verizon VIP you can get new customer pricing on phones after 1 year with renewal of 2yr contract). I don't want to switch to AT&T (no 3G coverage in my area of Charleston SC, and I also think they coverage where I travel and calls I have with colleagues is far inferior to call quality of Verizon)....given that....

Is there a 89xx coming out for Verizon in 2009? I did just get a new Pearl, and I'm fine sticking with it since it is a field replacement I received last week.

And I should note that I don't need to reply to all e-mails, so in that case the Storm does have advantages over the Curve.

Can someone shed some insight on future BB's coming to Verizon?

From what I decided to search on it looks like May 2009 for Verizon to get something....I would be willing to wait if that is the case...

Curve is Very reliable but it has had a few years to mature.
Give Storm a few more months of a fighting chance and it will be good too
Bold had to go under the same criticism, now look at it lol. all magz and many people claim at is #1
