I'm using meterberry to check my free app mem. When I reboot it I have about 30mb. Almost ten mins and I drop to 12 without opening anything. I have talk lock and buzzme that run in the background. Weatherbug is also on. Everything else I make sure I close. I cleared my cache and all old messages. How cab I boost my men. I'm on .113.

delete talklock. it is a memory hog. if you have to have an app like this, there is a premium app(only a couple of bucks)that works well without all the memory drain.

When I had Viigo, my memory leak was not pretty so I had to get rid of that. And BB's appworld had to go not long after I dl'd because of the same problem.

Yea I deleted preloaded stuff using a program called maxmem and appworld too...found out not worth the memory it needs for it does (not) have.

I know this doesn't answer ur prob of going from 30 to 12 mb. But it may help. Also, I don't let viigo run in the background all the time. It eats memory too. I think if u look at the number of apps running in the background you will have ur answer.

K.I just deleted a few more things I'm at 32 mb. I try to close viigo after use. Now I look at apworld like once a week. And reboot after each use. Will this still effect my memory

Try clearing logs for some memory. Press Alt L,G,L,G and then clear log. You can remove the instant messengers from options>advanced options>applications> then click on the messenger to delete
