    Try this.

Note: This will erase all phone data and memory. Data will be restored to factory content and settings.

    Hard Reset

    From the main screen.
    Select Options.
    Select Security Options.
    Select General Settings.
    Press Trackwheel.
    Select Wipe Handheld.
    Select Continue.
    Type blackberry to confirm wipe.
    Press Trackwheel.

    Good luck

It should prompt you to delete 3rd party apps or not as well. I have done this and EVERYTHING was gone except for the normal programs

    Thank you for your reply.

Strange thing is I do not have General settings under Secuity Options. I Have:
    Advanced Security Options
    Encryption
    Firewall
    Information
    Security Wipe

None of the above options has General settings. I have tried Security Wipe but does not do a clean! Strange.

    Thank you.

Downgraded: I downgraded from v5. to v4. and now I can see the wipe handheld option. Thank you.
