What size Micro SD card are you using?

Now that I have my 9700 and just ordered one for my wife, I want to get a larger capacity memory card. I was thinking a 8gb or higher micro sd, does the 9700 read the SDHC cards?
    Thanks!

The 9700 should support up to a 32gb card.

Yes, that is correct although we have all been waiting for a glimpse of a 32GB card for almost 2yrs now. The 16GB that I have know is only about half full with about 4GB of that being music.

I have a 4 gig card in my 9700 right now. I got it way back when I had the 8300(unlocked for tmobile). I feel like 4gig is more than enough for me.

^^That's what I want. Gonna wait around a bit and see where I can find them cheaper. For now, I'm using my 4GB that I had in my Pearl. It's not so bad, though. Still have 2.5 GBs free.

    Ram Cache

With the adding of the Micro SDHD Card for the 9700, does anyone know if the 9700 creates a "Ram Cache" for the device so you get a faster op time, or is any part of the Extra Memory card used for 9700 Memory?
