    Spreadsheet Problems

Quick question. DocsToGo is causing some issues on my Bold. Everything works OK except the Sheet application.

When I try to open a spreadsheet I get "Missing Resource com.dataviz.dxtg.stg.resource.SheetToGo"

Any ideas? Been waiting for Dataviz to come back to me, but nothing so far...

Reinstalling the OS is the first step i would take AFTER YOU MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR PHONE.
Or just uninstall spreadsheet off of your phone and then add it back on

    Hmmm- 2 proplems.

Firstly where would I find the Spreadsheet app to re-install it? It came with the Bold and is not on the CD.

Secondly- halfway through a full device backup it fails with a 'could not backup database' message?

I would download the latest firmware for the Bold from your carrier and upgrade the phone. The problem should go away.

You dont need to find a VODAFONE version all you have to do is get one for ANY carrier and make sure you delete the vendor.xml file before you do the upgrade.
