So I got to fondle a Bold today...
As some of you may or may not know, I am a restaurant manager for chain steak restaurant. I've come to see many nifty things people can be playing or reading while they are dining.
BUT... tonight, there was a man and his wife having dinner. I walked by and saw a Bold in his hand. I made another pass after I went to go take care of a guest complaint and eventually stopped and checked to see how they were enjoying their meals.
Immediately when they started talking to me I noticed they had french accents and I asked the man about his phone, and we started talking about BlackBerrys. I told him I have developed an obsession for my BlackBerry and he and his wife laughed. He offered to let me look at it and check it out, to which I immediately obliged.
I ended up losing track of time while I was tinkering with it, and my jealousy against all you GSMers was growing immensely. The Rogers Bold he had amazed me, but I ended up at the table for a good 20 minutes while he was talking about it. I looked at my watch and noticed how much time had passed and got a little embarassed.
I felt bad that I ended up making my presence at their table longer than I wanted to, and bought their bottle of wine and thanked them for feeding into my obsession.
I'm definitely jealous of ATT subscribers for when this comes out to you all. But I'm gonna hold out on Verizon's network.
