Sell Bold, get a Curve and wait for Javelin ?

Hey guys, another little dilemma here :P

I know a lot of the people that are going to be reading this are still WAITING for the Bold and probably haven't even touched one yet but yeah here goes the question my friend asked me today.
Do you guys think it would be smart to sell his Bold now while it is still the Hottest available thing on the market, then get a Curve back (his berry of choice) and wait for a Javelin.
His pros: 3.2pm camera on the Javelin and Smaller Size.
His cons: lack of 3G (as i said 3G is amazing where we live so it DOES make a difference) and Smaller Size.
I know youre thinking "he wrote Smaller size in both cons and pros" but yes, the Curve IS a way smaller device than the Bold that is for sure.

See it for yourself (my Bold and my gf's pink curve) :

But yes, the Curve's smaller size is a pro and a con; meaning, we all loved it compared to the 88xx because it would fit in our pockets, sit easier in our hands and mostly the keyboard was better.
But it is a con because after using the Bold, the Curve just feels TOO small (we both agreed on that) and the keyboard feels outdated and not as accurate as the Bold's.

So there you go this should open up some nice discussion, I told him that I am sticking with my Bold because when i try to use my girlfriend's Curve i run back to my Bold (not because of the screen i see you coming lol) because it just feels TOO small and because of the lack of 3G.
And also because, as you can tell by the above picture, i have no need for a camera on my phone (using a Sony 10mp).

    What do YOU think ?

I'm in the group of users that has not seen, nor used a Bold. This by choice as I'm purposely waiting for AT&T to begin shipping them. This way I get the latest AT&T firmware & OS optimized for their network. In the meantime over the last year I have had other AT&T 3G smartphones like HTC models & both 1st & 2nd gen BlackJacks only to experience wonderful trouble free, very fast 3G performance. Thus what I know is that the core 3G network is just fine, its the "little improvements" that both RIM & AT&T are working on, which will render the final network configuration ideal for the Bold.
    .
I say yes, your friend should sell his Bold. He will get the best price & can always replace it later if he misses it that much.
    .
Finally I tend to hang onto every word I read about the keyboard on the Bold, since that is the most important part of the user interface for me, and it's good to read (again) your comments that the Bold has a good keyboard.
I am very eager to get my Bold as I'm thinking that it will be the best BlackBerry I've had. I like that it's big, if the keyboard works for me I will be thrilled as I use a BlackBerry all throughout the day, everyday. I am very excited.
    .
So ranxoren, any other thoughts or comments on the BlackBerry Bold for me, including further thought on my keyboard (paranoia)...

    Thanks!

The BOLD will be a much better device when the quirks ( as many users are mentioning ) are sorted out with the OS updates.

The size really doesn't bother me as it is a much more complete smartphone and bordeline easy on the eyes with it's screen. The javelin keys are way too small.

If he is going to sell it, he should make sure he gets it unlocked before pimping it on e-bay
I'd recommend he give the bold a good month...but, then he might miss the window that those in the US are willing to pay just about anything for it

Oh Archer, my dear Archer ...
What else is there to say ... My Bold is in my hand ALL day i do not put it down that is how much i love it.
I constantly send emails 24/7 i BBmessage all day (Big Up to JB and Nicky lol) and im loving every second of it.
The bold is BY FAR in my honest opinion the best cellphone i have ever owned. I LOVE everything in it, from the GORGEOUS screen to the incredibly revolutionary keyboard (again do not worry about it i was as SCARED as you can be while buying it but i gave it a try and fell in love right away).
The size is PERFECT and thats coming from somebody that ALWAYS thought 88xx were too big and still think it, the Bold just sits perfectly in your hand with the curved back and oh god the Leather back just feels so sexy lol.
Archer my friend, you will NOT be disapointed.

(and thats where my BB porn ends ... :P)

he is still debating but i believe he is atm leaning towards keeping the bold as he just realized (after i told him all day tho) that I dont think the Bold's keyboard will work well on the Javelin as the latter would have needed a Curve keyboard.
The Bold's guitar fret keyboard does NOT, well seems to me, work with smaller keys than they already are on the Bold.

I would definitely keep the Bold - it took me a day to get over not using my Curve, but I'm fully bold-ified now. HOWEVER if the Javellin were 3G I would probably upgrade when it comes out (likely 3-4 months away), but only if it were 3G
