so i had a problem i was walking up the stairs at work and my blackberry bold was in my hoodie pocket and while i was going up the stairs it fell and at the same time i stepped on it. The top part where the light is and mute button got scratched bad. and the screen is scratched i was wondering do we here at pinstack have tutorial videos somewhere to disassemble a blackberry bold 2 and change parts etc?

I bought parts for my 8330 Curve and I took it apart. Fixed it up. Even though I don't use it anymore, I have a Tour 9630 now.

Horrible! It took 14 days to get my parts for my Blackberry 8330 Curve.
The 3rd party company said I would have it in 5 days. turned out a lie.

There is no telephone support at all. You have to call this 3rd party company.

Customs wouldn't let my package come to me for some reason, they told me, "Fake RIM Blackberry products"
Customs sent back my package to Truesupplier, I never knew this until, I called that 3rd party company to check one my package.

Also, the tracking numbers they give you do not work with USPS.

Does the battery door on the VZW 9630 have VZW branding? If they carried a VZW branded one, they'd most likely show it.

    Then it doesn't matter. A 9630 is a 9630.
