i currently have tmo and i understand that att doesnt allow for unlocking phones.

i was wondering if this would be worth it (well i know it would be) but could i actually trust this to be legit?

if, in the case, that i DO buy it, would there be any conflicts with RIM ? because i heard that someone who bought a 9000's PIN was disabled. i dont know what else was, but thats all i know.

    so .... $700

    kinda alot ...

If I buy it from them, will have a warantee ?

I wanna say no to all your questions.

And no, I wouldn't even consider buying this phone from some online dealer for 700. Shady as hell. Just be patient for a little while longer.

How much will the 9000 cost? Lol wouldn't that be cool if tmo had the giveaway for the 9000 like the 8120s.if the price is going to be the same, then I might as well buy it from the site ... I am really liking the miami site cause its not a att unlocked.

you wot have a warranty through t-mobile, however if you have insurance the phone will be covered. you woon't have the myfaves interfacing at all because it isn't a device that is built with myfaves.
