I'm very excited!! After installing upgrade .185, my battery life is much improved, at least so far. After 6 hours, I"m still at 95%! I'm not sure how that's possible, but I'll take it!

I'm with AT&T. Before the upgrade, I was getting maybe 10-12 hrs on a charge. I'm hopeful this trend will continue throughout the day and means the battery life issue is fixed!

How is the INITIAL memory and memory leak?

On .167, I booted up with 31 MB free (27 MB after apps installed).

On .162, I booted up with 45 MB free (41 MB after apps installed).

On .167, I would be down to 20 MB free by the end of the day.

On .162, it would take a few days to go down to 20 MB or less.

I started with .162 (Rogers), went to .167 (AT&T) and went back to .162. Before I try .185, I'd like to see how the memory leak is, plus initial memory free on bootup.

I'm not sure about the memory leak. Currently, after around 11 hours since battery pull and charging, I have around 27mb. I'm more concerned about the battery at this point, and I still have 85% after 11 hours. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~

Update on battery life; looks like the reason my battery is lasting so long today is because my phone has been on EDGE most of the day! I'm in a basement. Don't know what's up with 3G today. I've had 3G in this basement before. ~via BB (wap.pinstack.com)~
