    How's a boot a flipping Official 4.5 OS att?

Im still, to this very day, reading horror stories of people upgrading to random Carrier 4.5s.

I know its possible, and most the time is all good, but i cant risk it, i have in the past with previous OS versions. But i think i would feel more safe with an official carrier...and even then, any OS could have problems i guess

    maybe one day

Checked out the download, still no 4.5 for the Curve(That's already old news) but an update for a BB that's not even Ready From Prime Time

Well if they released a 4.5 that would probably cut into the BOLD sales. Some users may find the perks from the 4.5 upgrade enough and decide not to go BOLD.

About the 'other' carrier 4.5s avail, I understand your concern and it's valid but your last statement is also quite true. I think that 4.5 has been out long enough that you can take that leap and give it a try. My recommendation, backup your data, wipe the device then perform the upgrade - went flawless for myself and a few friends doing it that way. And don't forget to reformat your media card if you have one after the upgrade otherwise you may reboot, reboot, reboot...
