I would expect another beta release soon as 7.0.0.353 came out over a month ago
Please post all beta discussions for the 9900 here.
Be sure to delete vendor.xml file if those listed are not your Official carrier.
Follow This thread for help upgrading OS.
Always backup using DM prior to upgrade!
If you are using an OS that is not from your carrier, then go to the Apploader folder and delete the Vendor.xml file. Go to: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader and delete the vendor.xml file.
There may be another hidden Vendor.xml file. You can locate it by going to C:\User\<myUserName>\AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML and delete the vendor.xml file from there.

Here are a few replies I copied about this release:

After upgrading to 7.0.0.353 the GPS would not lock. On downgrading to the T-Mobile stock OS version 7.0.0.250 it only took a few seconds for the GPS to lock.
I am sticking with the official T-Mobile OS for now.

yeah, somehow the GPS is difficult to lock on with this firmware, I notice it when I switched the geotagging feature on the camera app but it didn't get the location. however, I tried the GMaps & Poynt, the GPS still worked pretty good even though it took quite a while for the GPS to lock.

Cool, thanks. Heard about the issues with GPS on the previous leak. Seeing any of that here?

running on .440 for about a week now, no problemo with locking the gps, but there seemed to be a slight issue with memory leaking; pulled battery at least once daily.....hmmm.....maybe I ought to go back to the Rogers official one. thinking......
