    New to Blackberry 9000

This is my first Blackberry so any help given will be greatly appriciated. I downloaded the desktop manager and have figuring out how to sync my contacts thru outlook express. Can anyone advise how I can sync calendar, task, memos from my computer to my bb? I'm running Windows XP. My desktop version is 4.7. Is there one program I can run to sync all of these? I'm not sure what the ASII option is.

    Thanks!!

In the Sync menu, look for "Sync set-up" or options. There should be a checkbox in there, check off the ones (calendar, tasks, memos, calendar) that you would like to sync, and which way.

I am the proud owner of a new Blackberry Bold 9000 and enjoy using it. I connect to a Wi-Fi network that has a printer on the network. I would be a great benefit to be able to print documents directly from my Bold to the printer via Wi-Fi or via bluetooth when available. Any ideas from anyone.

Do you currently use any application on your desktop PC for your calendar, etc? Outlook is probably among the most used....

Outlook Express has a calendar feature that will sync with DM once you've set up your sync options.

Congrats on the Bold and welcome to Pinstack... You'll LOVE it here... everyone is so kind and super helpful!!

If you have outlook as part of microsoft office it works great! I personally do not use outlook for email but I do use it for calendar purposes, I find creating appointments in outlook for the sole purposes of syncing with the bold is the best way to go. Then again, I'm new to BB's... so there may be even better options out there.

    Kip,

I admit to being an outlook fan, however if thats not available to you and you don't wish to purchase new software, you may want to look into Google Calendar, which actually provides a 2 way OTA syc with your blackberry...
