Need a little help Bold 9700 will not sync
My bold will not sync with my PC. I have replaced the cable, no luck, I have rebooted both phone and computer. I have mad sure I have the current PC Black berry software on my computer.
Okay, first things first. Does BlackBerry Desktop Manager recognize your device?
If so, are you syncing with Outlook? What OS do you have on your device?
Sometimes, for whatever reason, it helps to start BB Desktop manager first, then connect the device. Particularly on the "first connection"

What version of Outlook are you running?

It doesn't recognized the phone, I'm using Windows 7 Home verison, I'm using Outlook 2010 , But it was working fine, The last time I sync was back in May. I have started BB before link the phone or after.
You might want to consider doing a clean uninstall of Desktop Manager. Reboot your PC, then load the latest version from here.
