    My 9700 is dead!!!

For the last 2 hours or so my month old 9700 has been dead. I looked at my phone at one point and it showed it rebooting, I thought wierd but ok but it doesnt turn back on.
It looks like it is rebooting, it shows the "Blackberry" screen with the progress bar at the bottom progressing only to about half way then it goes blank again, the red indicator light comes on for about 5 seconds then goes away, then it shows the "Blackberry" start up screen again. This keeps repeating itself over and over and over again and it never turns on.

Yes the battery is charged, had over 80% charge still from earlier.
Yes I pulled the battery. I actually pulled the battery 4 seperate times now each about 20 minutes long.
No my 9700 has not been acting wierd today, it was running just fine with no problems until this.
    No I didnt drop it.
If I try to hold down the power button for a few seconds, nothing happens.

    Any ideals?

Im going to call TMO right now.

No, I got this BB on Dec 11th.
TMO's BB guy said it sounds like it crashed and we have to reload the software.

Did TMO's BB tech support take you through the wipe and reload process?

What apps did you lose? We may be able to help you find the downloads and if they were paid apps, you should still have the zip files or be able to contact the company you bought them from and request another download.

Shazam (paid for), youtube, capture it,fox news, blackberry messanger, flixter to name a few, actually all I can remember right now. I dont want to restore all my apps for fear of a corupt app file.
Its not acting right though. I am receiving emails, but I can not reply or send an email. When I try to reply to an email, I get the following message "No message services configured. You will only be able to save draft" And my only option is to close out.

Have you sent the TMO servicebooks to your phone? Have you set up your email address through The Internet set up email icon on your phone?

Go to the email setup icon on your BB, log in and resend your service books....for me I find that option in "Help" if you have trouble logging in you can call your provider and they can resend the service books for you and they should be able to help you. You can also do it online through tmobile.com if you have an account set up online.

Also, you should register your device again. Go to options/advanced options/host routing table/click menu and click on register now

Does your device show you have Blackberry service on the home screen in the upper right hand corner? If so send those service books again. When you do did you get notification that they were sent? If all of that and pulling the battery does not do it, you need to call and ask them what is up with your service.
