    Hi Guys,

Going on holiday in a weeks time and as a backup I want to put a few kiddie TV programs that I have downloaded from itunes onto my bold.

Can anyone help me with this. I assume the BB will not play that format directly.

    Cheers
    Mark

I have actually been experimenting with this this weekend. The easiest way I have found is to use the roxio media manager. I will convert the files to work on your bold.

I must have missed that, I did look to see if Roxio could do it, but haven't seen it yet.
Am i being blind or is it simply that my version of roxio is out of date?

You will need to download Desktop manager and select the version with Roxio Media manager for Blackberry. I don't believe Roxio can do it alone. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

The standalone Roxio can but doesn't have a preset. The Roxio that RIM bundles with DM 4.7 should have a preset optimized for your Bold.

I checked and realised I had version 4.6 so I have now upgraded to 4.7 but I am still having issues. The file I think has an m4v extension.
I have tried the various different options when I transfer the file and each time it tells me that there was an error in transferring.

Is there a seperate option that I am missing here.
    TIA mark

You might try this thread. It seems to be working good for me on my 8320 . . .

    Hope this helps . . .
