You have to call customer service (611) and be asked to talk to tech support. ... BlackBerry Bold forum
You have to call customer service (611) and be asked to talk to tech support. They will have to enable your device to get MMS on their backend. Trust me. That's what I had to do.
I had a blackberry bold and couldn't send or recieve MMS. The customer service rep said everything was fine. After a bit of whinning and complaining they sent me to tech support and they were able to identify the problem and fixed it (I previously had an iPhone and switched back to a BB. Their backend system still listed me as using an iPhone). It only took them 2 minutes to fix it. The hardest part is to get the CSR to pass you onto tech support. Hope this helps.
That's what I said.... ???!??
