I had an offer for an early upgrade BUT I would have to wait for the phone in the mail and I prefer to get it in store. It has been noted in my account that if I continue to have problems, they will send me the phone for the full discounted price.

There you go Erica...Just tell them you don't mind paying the ETF (early termination fee) because at&t's willing to sell it to you cheaper. Just tell them you would save much much more by cancelling your service and by going with them. It worked for me

I almost had one until I found out that I couldn't go to the store to pick it up. It had to be delivered to me and I prefer going and physically seeing the phone before I buy it.

I may take this route come March. But with the new OS I found for the 8120 I think I'm good to go. It sucks that RIM puts out all these devices when they know I'm not able to upgrade LOL

Remember you have a 30 day no questions ask return policy with AT&T if you can't find one to inspect before you buy.

This is true and don't tell no one but they told me that they can even make changes within a 90 day grace period but not everyone knows this. This is something they told me when they were working on getting me what I wanted. Shh...

I should have one in my possession this Friday. My mom took my 8120 in for a battery cover while I was working out. They told her they don't make the titanium door anymore. Then I remembered I was eligible for an upgrade due to the constant issues with this 8120.

What is the physical screen size of the phone? I want to get screen protectors for it.
