Thanks, let me explain what i did. i plugged in my BB via the USB and i ran the file. I had to reboot the BB myself but still no luck. Maybe i should just delete the files and download them again with the BB connected to the computer and re run the application again.
try that and see if it works... I know it does, just dont remember the exact procedure... I did it on my 8330 and my 9000 when I had mass storage issues
This worked for me. First go to the blackberry.com website and click on Support & Services. Second is click on BlackBerry Technical Solution Center and search for KB19717 and you will find the fix for the BlackBerry smartphones is not detected as a USB Mass Storage Device when connected to a computer. In the resolutin section it will say click here to download and run the tool.
