    how do i resolve problem? i have used the apps loader to reset however nothing seems to happen, just keeps coming up with the same error message.

    I suggest a wipe with JL_Cmder and a reload of the device software, find the newest official version for your device in this thread.

    You would be surprised how many people I have to tell to wipe and reload... Simple fixes are growing less useful... At least there is a fix.
