    Dude ohad you are starting to sound a lot like a spammer man shangmail is cool but it is definitely not the solution here sounds like this sone is resolved.

    He said is account is pop3 many push mail software dosnt work with pop3 protocol so maybe that the solution

    Not saying you are a spammer just saying that you should be careful they don't take kindly to that on here. I do like shangmail I've used it before with a couple of email servers for work and it does work fantastically.

    Right now the company I work for has pop3 support so I'm good and my BIS corporate server is good so just the standard as far as a device I'm using the 9700 bold2 what about you I saw on your profile that you have the 8820

    Hey i just went through this problem and it took over 3 hours to get my BB email back. I have never gone through so much security to get a email lol. You have to call RIM or Blackberry and when you do that make sure you have your previous blackberry's PIN number. What they do when everything goes through, your email @ is reset as if it were never made. All you have to do is type it in "create email" and type in the email u had before then your all good to go. I went to my phone company to take care of it but it is a LONG process so bring a toy or something lol
