Question Help! I've lost my stuff!

I had to wipe my Bold 9000 with AT&T because the password was entered wrong to many times. I downloaded the new software 4.6.0.167 and now I cannot open any attachments with excel, or word. The doc to go isn't on the phone. And all of the games that it comes with are gone.

Anyone know how to fix this???

Did you do any backups at all of the device before you wiped it? If so, go ahead and reload the device with that backup and everything that is on the backup should come back to the device. Or you can select advance within the backup options and select what you want to recover.

So you've reinstalled the .167 OS onto your device?

Reconnect the device to the PC and launch Desktop Manager. Go into Application Loader. Once the OS loads up, scroll down and make sure all the applications you want on your device have check marks. Chances are the Documents To Go application was NOT checked when you reinstalled the OS.

    Cheers,
    Roger

^^^ Yes, and always remember to backup your device on a weekly basis!
