Great deal for those who qualify as a "New Customer".

You sure can't beat a bold for under $150!
    As always, just my opinion...

    that's an excellent deal!

the one thing i have never understood. they (carriers) always offer the best deals to new customers. they draw you in with those deals i could see some sort of 6 mo contract, especially for customers in good standing. i would utilize that every single time. but no, i get stuck in a 2 year if i want a good deal on a device. i remember a time when paying full retail wasn't a big deal. well, times have changed im still holding out for the javelin

NewEgg had the same deal last week. I hope they will make it available for existing customers soon.

If you feel ok asking tough questions and waiting through the awkward silence, call AT&T, and ask them why a new customer can get that deal, but someone that has been a loyal customer for a long time can't. You may need to call back several times, but likely you'll get a service rep that will give you the deal.

I can vouch for that- take notes, keep track of who you spoke to and when and fight tooth and nail for a deal. Between your carrier and Blackberry trade up program you might actually get check in the mail for a new berry.

But Im getting kind of fed up with jumping through hoops to get a decent deal on a product. I've been with TMO for 12+ yrs and its a fight to get anything from them.

If AT&T would cover my ETF I would jump over.

    (yes 12+ yrs- OMNIPOINT, VOICESTREAM, T-MOBILE U.S)
