I have 39 right now. Did you remove all the extra languages?

What apps are you running ?

What OS version are you on ?

All of this is needed in trying to troubleshoot your issue

connect your BB to your PC using Desktop Manger and USB cable

Go to APPLICATION LAUNCHER ....it will list what is installed on your BB.....click on what you wish to remove

    OR

I think you can run the setup ( icon located on your device ) and tell it to remove the lang. file you dont need.

How does your memory end up being so low if you don't have any applciations? Have you cleared your internet cache? Try doing that. Go to your browser and click on the bb button. Then go to Options, Cache Operations and clear your internet cache. Also, you may want to try deleting your event logs. Try ALT lglg, bb button, clear log, delete. Also, do what ice44 said and remove unwanted languages.

You may also want to delete some of your emails, texts and etc. Additionally, you can go to Options > Security Options > Memory Cleaning > BB Button > Clean Now to clean your certificate search, certificate status, clipboard, contacts cache, content protection cache, encryted messages, key stores and PCP Key Search).

Also, are you sure you're reading it right? Hold down the left alt, the left shift and h. What does your file free say?

You can also see how much of what memory you have left if you go to Options > Memory. Note that this is saying how much FREE space you have and not what you have used.

There definitely has to be something going on...I've been listening to music, have a dozen apps installed, doing internet browsing and I'm still at 43mb. I'm not exactly sure what to suggest that hasn't already been brought up but if you have a Bold from Rogers (sorry, didn't read the whole thread) you should try upgrading your OS to .162 and removing extra langauges and apps during the new OS install.

One or the other basically... It is the battery life now where it was the memory lose before. I guess you have to give up something to receive something better!

I am running 4.6.0.201...... Runs very smooth!

What is it that you consider "isn't so good"? My requirements of my Bold's battery aren't insane, I can't use it at work so its turned off while I'm there and as kong as I make it to the end of the day I'm fine. I'm a fairly heavy data user but considering my phone is off for 10 hours/day while I'm at work I guess I shouldn't be surprised that I haven't had any complaints.
