    I get this message every time I connect the device to DM. How do I change that?
    Also how do I remove this annoying Vesrizon banner on the side of this site.
    i can't find a "close" button. thanks

    Shira, I believe that the check for updates is a function in the newer Desktop Manager versions. You may be able to disable it - not sure how to do it. I simply let mine check as a convenience.

    I assume the Verizon banner is an ad in Pinstack. You can eliminate ads by becoming a premium member - place your mouse over "My Tools" on the top bar and follow the indicator "upgrade/renew premium" at the bottom of the drop-down.

    I don't know what close button you're referring to.
