    Can't "send" when replying to email?

    I tried to see if anyone else was having this issue but didn't see any posts that mention it. The problem is that whenI open an email and then "reply", after typing my reply, there is no send option when I hit the bb key. Just save draft etc. Also, when I delete an email,I no longer get the option to delete on mailbox as well as phone. This may be an att issue as my last bb was with tmobile. Thanx in advance for any help.

    Have you done a battery pull or resent your service books?


    To get back the option to delete on mailbox and phone go to messages/menu/options/email reconciliation and change the "delete on" option

    Are you on a BES? A lot of times this is an issue with phones on a BES and it indicates the phone didn't successfully activate.

    Your reply problem has to do with the service books. Resend your service books.

    If your still having the issue of not being able to delete emails from mailbox to. You have to check your settings within the mailbox options on your BB. Go to your messages, but do not open one; click the bb menu button and go to options. In options go to Email Reconciliation. You will see the options to change "Delete On: Prompt." You will get the option back to choose to delete from mailbox and device or mailbox. I hope this helps you and the other issue your having; try resending the service books... Let us know if this works or not!!

    Sorry I've not been back sooner. Thanks for the suggestions guys. I don't have any "delete on" option under my email reconciliation.
    It just says message services & has my email address there and my old bb suncom address that is no longer working. Seems like when I transferred al the stuff from my tmobile curve it may have messed up my mailbox delete.
