Can't reset synch configuration for Bold
After lots of problems with a newer version, I have gone back to 184.108.40.206, with desktop 4.5.
When I try to synch, I am directed to reset the configuration. As soon as I select the first category to synch with Outlook, a pop up says;
RUNTIME ERROR; a session of that type has not been started.
Any ideas for a workaround? Thanks

Try DM 4.6 or 4.7 that might solve the problem hope that helps

Thanks. Deleting 4.5 first, via repair/remove, and then loading 4.7 English (rather than multi-language, which I tried before) seems to have done the trick.
