    Can't install Opera Mini 4.1 on my Bold

    Has anyone sucessfully installed Opera mini 4.1 on their Bold?

    I've tried going from opera mini but it keeps redirecting me to the website when I go to the download section of operamini.com

    I used the generic version as there isn't one tailored for the 9000 specifically yet

    I've also tried downloading the .JAD file and put it on my bold but when I try installing it, it just jams and tells me to go to operamini

    I'm with Rogers

    I have it on my Bold. Downloaded it from m.opera.com via bb browser.

    Medium font setting doesn't work though. Small font is tiny so only othet option is large font which also works.

    Something's funky I swear to god,

    -I've opened m.opera.com which is the same link as operamini.com
    ->Download
    ->Download to phone
    ->Picked generic version as the 9000 is not listed under Blackberry yet
    It tells me to go back to operamini.com download section !!

    Like i said previously, also tried to download the .JAD file to my PC and load it on the device and tried to install it but would jam everytime...

    The Native Browser in the Bold is vastly improved. I use to use OperaMini on my Curve but this new browser is decent that I no longer need Mini

    Really?

    I'm on the bold and I still see Opera Mini render pages much faster then the Internet Browser...

    running stock OS from Rogers...think it's .137

    Gonna wait a bit until we get a gold release that's stamped for approval for AT&T before I upgrade

    I noticed the same on my Bold the day I picked it up. But, like many of the posters above, I found the Bold's updated browser just as good as Opera Mini (which I lived by on my 8310). Running .167 and the Bold's browser is plenty fast on my WiFi network and on 3G when I'm out.
