First one I've heard of made there, I was a little surprised about mexico as my 9000s are made in canada and 1 in Hungary.

I'm not saying it makes a difference with this model but I returned 2 9000 "assembled" in Hungary. I asked for one that assembled in canada and haven't had a single issue with it, and it takes a beating. My second 9000 is good also, made in hungary but this one I've only had for around 2 1/2 months. there were issues at first and again, not saying it makes a difference with this model as I'm sure whatever the issue was they have resolved. and its just a question.
