    I am happy with the native one in my Bold. Previously used bbsmart on 8700g and 8100. Bbsmart worked fine on them until I upgraded the devices. After upgrading and reinstalling bbsmart, I really didn't find much difference, except changing background colors.

    Downloaded the Pro trial version of empower and it's kind of a mixed bag.

    Nice to be able to change the fonts and colors, and that it shows images in the e-mail better than the native.

    However, it doesn't handle line breaks and new paragraphs very well, and all of the information in the e-mails get's run together.

    All things considered, I probably won't drop $30 on it.

    ya i felt the same way... when i used it for the trial period, i quickly realized that this wasnt something i was willing to pay for...
    i see RED...
