You are not going to find it. As I posted this is the latest internal release. It hasn't made it's way to Partners yet. And thats where leaks come from. I was just wanting to keep everyone up to date, and let them know theres a new build that seems to help with a lot of the bugs with the 9000.

As mentioned by Jason, its really going to come down to personal taste when choosing between Javi and Bold. (as all other BB models go) Some size factors along with internal memory and 3g.

IMO the 3g's networks that I've observed aren't that stable yet and I find that most devices spend around 80% of their time on EDGE anyway. So for me, the bonus of 3g seems irrelevant until they improve the stability of the new networks.
Then again, that's just my opinion
    :)

I'm definitely waiting for the Jav more then anything. 3G is not a huge concern of mine, and timing will work out well if it takes a year or so for a CDMA javelin to hit the streets, as that'll be the upgrade point in my contract.

The extra memory/speed of the Javelin are definitely looking nice, even though I just got my 8330 a month ago.

to quote somebody from HoFo :

What the Bold has on the Javelin (On top of 3G) :

"Uses the normal miniUSB plug not the new microUSB of the Javelin

    Has 1gb memory built in

    Has a larger battery.

    Has stereo speakers

Has a faster processor (612mhz vs 512mhz in the Javelin)"

Now the javelin does have a slightly better resolution and better memory but 128 is enough for me and id take ALL this other stuff + 3G (with the canadian 3G network being REALLY good and stable) ANYDAY.
Loving my bold, but clearly will get a javelin too after all i AM a stacker haha.

    RIM is moving to micro
    Has 1gb memory built in
The Javelin's internal memory hasn't been published yet
    Has a larger battery.
The Javelin will last longer than the Bold
    Has stereo speakers
    Think the Javelin won't?
Has a faster processor (612mhz vs 512mhz in the Javelin)"
The Bold's processor is 624MHz, and this is a know advantage

The Bold is running low on memory out of the box(for apps). I'm not saying one is better than the other.

Having used both, i must say i prefer the bold. I like bulky phones. The kickstart is awesome and is a logical step after the pearl.

But i find it funny how you guys started a thread about two unreleased phone and compare them... Talking about nothing...

Two unreleased phones? The Bold has been released. And the Kickstart wasn't really in the convo

Torn between 2 really good phones and one replacement(kickstart). I would have to go with the javelin it just looks way better to me as far as looks go. With you having to decide between the 2 do you really think you can go wrong with a bb....COME ON...HELL NO. Rim phones it better to wonder which of the rim phones to get then to get a crappy phone or a BIG HYPED MULTIMEDIA PHONE. bb rule

Not sure what you mean, I think they are all replacements:

    8800 became the Bold

    8300 becomes the Javelin

    8100 becomes the Kickstart

I assume this based on their design and target audience.

both javelin and bold are good devices. I cant see i dont like the javelin because i never used it. But the Bold is better for internet speed as the Bold has 3G and the Javelin has only Edge. as of right now i would stay with the bold as it 3g is very strong in canada. USA maybe would go with Javelin because 3G is not all over the Usa yet.

Sorry if I wasn't specific but I ment the replacement as a phone to have around while you wait for your main or more used phone to be fixed or what not. Sorry I should have explained a bit.
