    I purchased mine from Rogers in edmonton. this is my 3rd bold in 2 weeks. ive had to exchange for another one due to screen freezing and cannot reach my contact lists from SmS or MMS. Cant add a contactd in Insta Messaging due to the saem poblem. No contacts found.

    has anyone been having any of these problem please let me know.

    I have to restart my phone take the battary out and atleast 4 times a day because of freezing.

    pls help

    Maybe some of your apps aren't compatible with your bold... did you restore everything from your previous bb?

    That's what it sounds like to me... you've got some apps from your previoius device that aren't yet Bold compatible...

    I'd recommend upgrading to the new .134 or .147 OS and starting from scratch... Download your apps from the original site and not from a back up file
