Bold not getting emails after wipe and re install OS

wiped my BOLD using JL_Cmder and then installed .210 OS
the installation went okay and I restored my bold from backup.

now I can send emails but can't receive any. I can receive SMS / Phone Calls.

    Downgraded to .185 same thing
    Downgraded to .162 same thing

I am using BIS, so I deleted my emails and re added them again and sent Service Books many times to the device after many Battery pulls.
deleted the email service books from the Bold and re sent the Service Books again nothing happens.

I am traveling (Roaming) and I can connect to three service providers and tired them all. and I run Diagnostic Test and here is what I get :

    ICMP Ping Echo: Yes
    BlackBerry Registration: Yes
    Connected to BlackBerry: Yes
    BlackBerry PIN-PIN: No
    MSISDN: Unknown

I have done Register Now under Host Routing Table and it did not help.

I called Etisalat in UAE (My Servicer provider) and they couldn't help me. But I added a device they had in the service Center and my email started to arrive in that device. But when I added my device again it didn't work on my device.

I am in Amman, Jordan and they don't have BlackBerry Bold here, I tried to contact RIM main distributor to see if I can get help

If anybody have any ideas to fix this?. I feel naked without my Blackberry and I am stick here for another three weeks.

    any help is appreciated

    Thanks

    / Zamil

Log into your bis and resend your service books.

Did you by any chance setup your email account in an email client such as Outlook or Thunderbird around the time you started having problems receiving email? If so, check to be sure you have the option "leave a copy of the message on the server" checked. Your mail client may be downloading the email and removing it from the server before your BIS has a chance to forward the message to your device.

I have wiped the device one more time and re installed .210 and tried to resend the Service Books but it did not work.

I had 5 emails on my BIS account and I deleted 4 of them and resent the Service Books but no luck also.

I noticed after wiping it again, the setup wizard that starts after wipe or use a new Bold did not recognize my SIM when booting and it asked me to remove the battery and check if I have a valid SIM. But If I ignore that, the phone works fine and I can call and receive SMS.

Could this be the problem with the emails?

all my emails are hosted on Google Apps and I don't delete any emails from the server.

    very wired problem!

This may sound stupid, but are you sure that you have your sim card in correctly. I intially put my sim card in wrong and got the same error. There is a little picture where the sim card goes that shows how it should go in. I don't know if you'd still be able to receive calls or not, could be it, it's worth a shot.

I posted this in the other thread as well but I suspect that you cannot resend your service books while roaming, since they are carrier based and you are not really connected to your carrier BIS. Do you have browser functions?

I did that mistake one time, but now it is in the right direction and if I skip the wizard the phone works fine and I get connected to network and I get EDGE in all caps but no emails.

No I don't have browser functions when I am on Edge only when I switch wifi on I get the browser to work.

I am always traveling and I did update my bold before while traveling and it worked fine. the only thing thats different this time is I wiped the bold before installing the update.

    Thanks for your help

I think you are not getting messages because the different carrier you are now. My question is how you device is working with other SIM if your phone is locked? At least you can talk, SMS, etc. My case was that my unlocked phone never read a SIM, SIM reader damaged... Always when you intalled a new OS, the wizard will come up.
